  • people in recovery from eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and related issues.
  • supporters, friends, families, and teachers of people with eating disorders or negative body image.

No prior yoga experience is required.

Liz Ragland is a passionate, dedicated yoga teacher. She is also recovering from an eating disorder. Liz created this workshop by combining her yoga theory with her favorite strategies for improving body image and self-acceptance. Body image: a yoga practice is grounded in yogic tradition, informed by real-life experience, and infused with enthusiasm.
