Vinyasa yoga links breath to movement in a specially crafted sequence. Liz can't wait to share with you the dynamic, challenging, and empowering class she crafts each week. You can expect to move, sweat, boogie, learn, dig deep, and build collective energy.
Community Vinyasa is offered for just $7. The YogaWorks/Charm City Yoga community and Liz's Baltimore family mean so much to her. It would mean the world to Liz to see you on your mat on Tuesday for a celebration of personal growth through community support.
Do you want to begin a yoga practice but don't know where to start? Have you dabbled in yoga classes but want to refine your alignment and build confidence for more challenging classes? Do you want to flow in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere? Check out Beginner Vinyasa to get the basics of Vinyasa Yoga down while learning about the practice, Sanskrit pose names, and essential techniques for a lifelong practice.
Two-star (intermediate) classes are less descriptive and challenge students to hold poses longer, explore more advanced breathwork, and integrate subtler concepts. At Liz's intermediate class, you will learn more detailed benefits of poses, transition faster through sequences, and explore more challenging balances. With a low-key, encouraging vibe, explore your abilities and take your practice -- both physical and spiritual -- to the next level.
Vinyasa for Crossfitters
Join Liz at PUSH511: A Crossfit Life in Canton for a 60-minute, all-levels vinyasa class. While it's designed to support Crossfit athletes' breath awareness, form, stability and flexibility, non-members and non-Crossfitters are more than welcome. An upbeat playlist and energizing flow is guaranteed!
